The 13-Storey Treehouse (Yes, That is how it is spelt) is a humorous book, aimed for around our age. The main plot includes Andy and Terry and how they need to finish a book in time for the publisher, with lots of distractions in the way. That's all I am going to say because I don't want to spoil much of the book.
I really enjoyed this book, and as it only takes a couple of nights to read the 240 pages, it is still a great read. I give this book a 7/10.
