Life of pi

Life of Pi is a book about a boy named Pi who goes onto a ship. After a while of sailing the ship was bombarded with storms and it couldn't take any more. The ship sunk and Pi escaped on a life boat. On that life boat he lived with a Bengal Tiger who devoured a hyena after the hyena had devoured a Zebra and an Orangutan whom of which were both on the lifeboat. After meeting the tiger, Pi let it be. There they survived for almost a year. Before all of this happened he lived with his family who owned a zoo, where he learnt how animals behaved and acted. At a point in the book Pi was hallucinating and thought the Tiger was speaking to him. The book concludes Pi telling the officers who were questioning him about the sunken ship two stories including the Animal one which they didn't believe and a different version. Saying that the Hyena was a cook, the zebra a sailor, the Orangutan Pi's mother and the Tiger Pi. They eventually chose the Animal one.
I give this book a 8/10 I think it was pretty fun to read and it always kept you hooked.
