This biography is a great book about the great kiwi sailor, Sir Peter Blake. He sailed in many yachting races, won many awards and sailed around the world more than once. He made history for our little country, New Zealand. Sir Peter Blake was in the winning America's cup team two seasons in a row. Sadly Sir Peter Blake life ended while he was protecting his crew by viscous armed pirates. Before his death he was doing an environmental trip to help albatrosses and other animals that were getting captured. Sir Peter Blake was a great leader and role model. Today to remember him New Zealand set up a Sir Peter Blake trust to award young people who show great leader ship. I really like this book and I learnt a lot about sailing. This book is not something I would normally read but I really enjoyed it because I learnt something new. I rate this book at 8/10.
