This is one of my favourite books that I've read so far. It's interesting throughout the entire book and there is never a boring dull moment .
My life in black and white is about a stunningly gorgeous girl named Lexi who as the author describes is
" perfect " . She suffers from a great trauma where she goes through the windshield of her best friends brothers car who has an insanely large crush on her . With the help of her trombone playing, definitely uncool older sister and a guy at school recovering from his own recent trauma, Lexi learns she's much
more than just a pretty face.
I would rate this book a 9/10 as the concept is really good and the author makes it rather simple to read because there is no complicated change of perspective or confusing parts where you usually have to go back and read it again until you understand which I find incredibly frustrating .
Did you get this at the Hastings Library, School Library or is this your book ?
ReplyDeleteSounds like this book is based upon a very powerful theme. You have revealed your weakness though when it comes to changing perspectives! We will have to do something about that :)
