Zak Darke is a boy who becomes agent 21. His mission is to go to Mexico city and become friends with a boy named Cruz. Cruz’s dad is one of the richest people in Mexico because he is a drug dealer. Zak has to get evidence of Cruz’s dad being a drug dealer. Zak becomes friends with Cruz disguised as a boy named Harry Gold. He gets the evidence and then escapes. Cruz’s dad's company is then shut down.
